Kamelot is really good band, with excellent vocal and great music (style is near to power metal). Just an interesting moment: f/c Evolution presented me a t-shirt of Nightwish as BD-gift

Evanescence are doing release of their new stuff. New album "The Open Door" will come out in the beginning of October, and first single "Call Me When You're Sober" will be out this week-end, I have already downloaded it and it's sooooo fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!! It's new Evanescence - not like on "Fallen", it's just different! Love it

I used to like Evanescence very much before, I still like them, but not as much as before. The same thing with the Rasmus...
Now, I mostly like Nightwish, HIM, Entwine and Sonata Arctica. (Except Vacuum and BWO, of course)
2 Morris: Kent sings in Swedish - they are five men (in their 30's) playing pop-rock music. Their lyrics are like poetry! Kent is the most famous pop/rock group in Sweden now.

I got interested... so I got Innan allting tar slut and Kärleken Väntar they are good!
Listening these song I would say that they are similar to Sigur Ros... perhaps to Radiohead also (the singer is as good as Tom Yorke... using the same stile as the new Mattias)
talking about metal music... I like a lot Within Temptation (Ice Queen... )

Listen to their last album "Du & Jag Doden" - it sounds just perfect! By the way I was waiting for something great from Tom's "Eraser" but it's too...electronic, I'm disappointed( Morris, do you like Lacuna Coil? I wasn't interested in their past album but last one is very beautiful commercially I think and it's in my top playlist these months)

@ Morris, I like Within Temptation too. Especially Ice Queen and Mother Earth at the moment

Listen to their last album "Du & Jag Doden" - it sounds just perfect! By the way I was waiting for something great from Tom's "Eraser" but it's too...electronic, I'm disappointed(
Eraser probably is a solo work made by Yorke to verify what he could do working "freely".. so that's a bit sperimental, or weird if you prefer Imho that's a "grower", an album that you like more and more as you listen to it.

You know, I listen to it just a few weeks and I don't know, maybe I'll understand it better later. Just right now I listen to electronic less. For example can't wait for coming of new Muse's album to our city. Love "Supermassive Black Hole", and though I couldn't listen to old albums more than 10 minutes (surprisingly I have headache, and no one band can't affect me this way), this album is gonna be softly but not less powerfull and beautiful.

If I wouldn't listen Mike Shinoda's version I could be in love with it, I think Lacuna Coil version sounds much like that one, and taking in account that Mike Shinoda's mix last year was played too much on the radio it managed to get me little tired of it so it's not my favourite song on Lacuna Coil's album)
Btw, it's not about rock music, though maybe... I know a lot of people here like Alize, just found rumour that Alize is gonna release new single in September and she's gonna change her style and be more rock as she don't work with Mylene Farmer anymore. Who knows? Maybe it's true.

A funny thing... Evanescence reminds me YWLILUTT as they say like Mattias used to say: "New album will be soon... just wait..." But, thanks to God, we have YWLILUTT, while Evanescence fans are still waiting for the next after "Fallen" album...
