Is anyone else but me excited with the new video shoot? Sounds really great. Unfortunately, it meant Mattias was too busy to meet me when I was in town yesterday, but I think I can live with that!
So, it's being shot in an insane ayslum, huh? Cool. (Anyone alse remember the AoL video for "Obsession" where Jean-Pierre is lobotomized?) What I've heard from the lyrics, the choice of location seems insightful.
"They do it They did it They do it again So ordinary But just not me"
...meaning that an insane person might see himself as special, while everyone else are seen as ignorant and ordinary. The verses are also quite spaced out and might also be seen as the ravings of a madman.

I agree.. this video is gonna be awesome.. I just feel it and i love those lyrics..... sort of reminds me of aa Bowie lyric.... " I'd rather stay here and perish with all the madmen... than wander with the sadmen roaaming free"

As far, as I know, in 'Obsession' lobotomy has been done to Alexander Bard, not JP.

Cool pictures from the video shoot up today. Looks absolutely dreary in the asylum. Anyone who wasn't crazy to begin with is sure to be after staying there!
Didn't see K (formely Mr. X) in any of the pictures. And yes, K is nowadays his artist name. Which of course makes if impossible to search for him on the Internet... But anyone who has ever heard his voice before are sure to recognize it when they hear "They Do It".

LOVE the pictures too David... Asylums are great places to make videos as they have such a strong image and so much History.... maybe the shadowy figure in the Hood was K??? I have a screen saver where K is wearing a hood very similar to that..

I have no idea about this video. Photos tell me absolutely nothing except it will be something depressive.

Dear Tolya..... I have seen lots of screen shots from the video and it looks STUNNING... I'm sure it will be atmospheric,dark and mysterious but not neccassarily depressing.... after all the song isn't depressing at all...... Vacuum songs are always loaded with imagery and I really think this will be the finest Vaccum video yet.... Mattias seems VERY happy with it... :claps
