Yes, I've the same position on life=)) At first, in my early youth( =) ) I didn't like Ulysses and Science. Now I do. When I listened to TPC, my first attitude to the songs Sign on the Skyline, Parallel Universe and Tin Soldiers wasn't positive=) But now...I like them all and TinS-s became one of my favoriest songs=) I adore R&SOlympia, ShapeOfThings,Mood,Tears,Power,Culture,Attaction,Mind,Icaros,Dead,YWLILUTT,Evil,6BV and so-so...And I can't pick out even the best one as every song contains it's own mood and meaning for me,honestly...

Parallel Universe is a great song! 
Tin Soldiers is also nice...
As for Sign on the Skyline it's not even song but a story...a wise story...
