§ HELP FOR VIDEO

The video files at this site are available for downloading in AVI (DivX) or WMV (Windows Media) format. They were packed in zip archive, so first of all, after the downloading you should unpack them with your WinZIP or WinRAR or WinACE or other archive programs, supporting zip compression. Further steps:

1. If you have problems to open zip file with the video, it means, that you downloaded not the whole file. Possible, the downloading was broken. So it is better to download our video with the download manager programs, which support 'resuming' functions. Quite good ones are FlashGet and ReGet. You can easily find these programs, searching in Google or Yandex.

2. If the video doesn't want to play itself on your computer, you should make sure, that your computer has DivX codec or Windows Media Player installed. Both things you can download fo free just clicking the links. Also there's a few words about DivX. After DivX installing, you can see Vacuum video in your default media player, Winamp, or in own DivX player, which installs together with codec.

3. If you have the problems with watching video anyway, feel free to email admin for more help.

4. If you can't download video (for example, having 404 error - file not found), please report about it to admin's email too.

§ HELP FOR AUDIO

Almost the same as for video. The audio files are available in mp3 (MPEG Layer 3) or WMA (Windows Media Audio) formats. The both formats are playable for the most media players, as Winamp, Windows Media Player and etc. 1. If the file, you've download, plays not for the end, it means^

a) You downloaded SAMPLE of the song, lasting about minute. Nothing to do, you have to listen to sample :(
b) You downloaded not the whole file. Possible, the downloading was broken. So it is better to download our video with the download manager programs, which support 'resuming' functions. Quite good ones are FlashGet and ReGet. You can easily find these programs, searching in Google or Yandex.

2. If you can't download video (for example, having 404 error - file not found), please report about it to admin's email.
