just wanted to let you know how happy and proud I am today...... Mattias asked if I would like to write a small bio to put on the subspace website that more describes Vacuum 2004... I feel honoured and very happy to say that its now my bio on the homepage...

To David Bowie: Are worldwide famous singer and you the same person? Or there are two D. Bowies?

Thankyou my dear Friends for your kind words.... I just thought that a bio needed to explain why Vacuum are valid today and just leave the past history and associations behind and of course I tried to instil a little of the PASSION and joy that Vacuums music brings to my life, and if just one more fan listens to vacuum due to my article I will be more than happy...... I'm happy you like it and sorry to dissapoint you all but No... I'm not David Bowie the singer but yes my surname is Bowie..... and yes I could tell you some stories about the confusion that has happened sometimes...lol..

David, it’s useful for Vacuum that you are Bowie even if you are not a famous singer & composer. When somebody who have never been here on our foruum read your article he will say: “Wow! If it is David Bowie himself who wrote such words it means that Vacuum is worth listening!” Then he will buy single & album and realize that Bowie was right.

Hi!
Since 1987 I´m a big, big David-Bowie-Fan! He is (next to Mattias) the best singer in the world!!! Maybe our David in the forum likes him too...is this the reason why he takes this surname???
Last October I saw a David-Bowie-Concert here in my country and it was so great!!! Now it´s time for me to see Vacuum live too...but will I ever could see them in Germany??

I belive the only reason why our Dave use this surname is the fact that 'Bowie' is his real surname
