Martin's voice is nothing special, totally lacks any charisma, he is not handsome (only sleazy and gayish), video is like old Vacuum ones... Hm! Has Bard run out of any fresh ideas? I mean why do something worse than your previous project? It's obvious everybody would compare Martin to Mattias, and he ain't in a winning position there. Could hardly keep from yawning watching this.

I agree, Al, it's just that what I want to say is that in my opinion it wasn't a very interesting/fresh/exciting thing to do, to create the *same looking* band.

I sort of agree with both olya and Al_wizard on this one...... the song is a great "pop" record, radio friendly and has a hook that after a few listens you cannot get out of your head, but I have to say i thought the video was VERY early vacuum in appearance but the sound for me is not a progresion or a step forward... to my ears it sounds like very early vacuum crossed with Modern talking,   who knows, with E,M.I behind them it could be a huge hit, as they have the money to promote them and I think it could well be a hit in Germany after the massive sucess Modern talking had there..... but for me Vacuum and BWO are now FAR removed from each other, and I am sure everyone expected Alexander to be the craetive  genius.... how wrong it looks now.... Anders and Mattias have created  exciting new music for 2004 and BWO are almost back in the late 80's.....

Not at all, Alex!
And when I could find video of your powerful songs?

returns to BWO. It seems to me that BWO is Vacuum-lite  like Alcazar is Army Of Lovers-lite

I share the appraisal of Olya and David
In addition I’d say that both the song and the video look as pretty but senseless candy. It’s just a sugarplum in my perception, in spite of Marina’s very nice image and lots of alluring views in the video.
Nevermind… While lots of people prefer caramel-music such projects will have their audience. I just have my personal opinion that it’s impossible to speak seriously about such type of music.
Sorry. It’s my just personal opinion. And I don’t persist on anyone’s sharing

I thought long time what came short in this video? And I understood: it is a comb in Martin's hand, tape-recorder with old Vacuum album and mirror in front of Martin, that he sings for, dreaming, rehearsing to be a BIG POP-STAR, forcing just a weak cheep from himself.  :newbaby: Though video looks much expensive comparing with "Fools...", I don't think that somebody will like to see this wriggling unnatural parody of Mattias. Marina was the only one that I really liked to see, I think now she became real beauty, much more than she was in full Vacuum's years(and she almost doesn't get older). Guys, al, you can say as much as you want that you found something new and fresh in BWO and Martin, but you just a blind if you don't see that he wants to copy every Mattias' gesture and motion(didn't you noticed those Mattias-like eyebrows motions in video?). Well, when Alex and Marina left, I felt betrayed a little, but I understood them and believed that they will manage to do something interesting and NEW. But after watching this video I feel like I'm, all of us are betrayed twice, because I feel that BWO try to steal Mattias personality and it's sooooooooo m**r f**r  :censored: unfair

The B side is a remix or a dub, I think.

The reviews for the single as been less than glowing though. At least from Expressen, one of the major papers in Sweden, where Anders Nunstedt had the following to say:
http://www.expressen.se/index.jsp?a=131173

"Bodies Without Organs (Living in a fantasy, single)
Synth "schlager" with too much brains and not enough heart.

Alexander Bard's projects all revolve around fun concepts (shorts, dresses, glitter & glamour), but Bodies Without Organs must be his most boring idea yet. The pressrelease says that Bard and his co-producer Anders Hansson wanted to create a true electro band where the music is made on laptops. The result, their debut single "Living in a Fantasy", sounds like Vacuum doing a cover of Secret Service."

Well Brute, since the single isn't released until tomorrow, I guess the people haven't gotten around to it yet...
