Your Whole Life Is Leading Up To This. (2006)

Vacuum is the product, which was fully intended for Russia in former times. In the end of 90s these Swedes didn't climb out of our country: a great deal of concerts in Moscow and Petersbourgh, constant performances at the vip-parties... And all those was just with 2 *listenable* songs - "I breathe" and "Tonnes Of Attraction"! Generally speaking, in the beginning Alexander Bard (Army Of Lovers, Alcazar, BWO) was the producer of Vacuum, and it was exactly him, who signed the band in the major lable Stockholm Records. In the end of 90s, confining themselves to just few albums, which sincerely were not valuable, Vacuum started an active concerts tour all over Russia. But people listened to them and love them! It was phenomenally!
But Alexander Bard didn't obtain any new idead from the musicians and started to work with other projects. He put Vacuum in the sea to sail freely. And in 2004 Vacuum vocalist Mattias Lindblom found a new composer Anders Wollbeck and announced a new album. And it was released by Subspace Communication (S.P.O.C.K., Statemachine, Mobile Homes)! I could not believe my eyes, when I had found out it! And really, the replacing of the composer and record company did the band good. And Vacuum was turned to a stunning band like in some magic fairytale! The each song from the album is catching. It's real easy melodic synthpop with the unique voice. I would say, the band found the brink, where pop-music balances with synthpop. I mean, the album will be good to listen to not just by inveterate synthpoppers, but by usual people as well. Especially this album will catch the fancy of girls. It's been verified. "Mind your mind" catchs girls' hearts from the first time and forever. 5 points! As the saying goes "Verified by the best..."
(Given 5 stars from 5).
